• Cancellation of Order
1. MyJFM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order(s) placed for products listed at an incorrect price or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. The company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed.Orders may also be cancelled by the Company in any of the following cases:
(a) If it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction; or
(c) In case of unavailability of product(s); or
(d) For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
2. A user may cancel an order placed by them only if the order has not been processed by us. For any permitted cancellations, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment immediately.
3. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
4. We maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in the future.
• Returning an Order
1. Customers can return any product(s) only under following conditions:
a. In case of damage to the packaging; or
b. In case of receipt of expired product(s); or
c. In case of receipt of wrong product(s).
2. In case the product satisfies the above mentioned condition(s), the Customer can request for return of the Product at any time after delivery of the Product but not later than 48 hours from the date of delivery of the Product. The customer shall follow the following procedure to opt for a return:
(1) They shall send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for opting for return of the product under the conditions mentioned above.
(2) The company will arrange an executive for picking up the product(s) from the delivered address.
(a) Customers are required to bear the cost of the executive. The same amount will be informed to the customer while placing the return request.
(b) Customers are required to pay the costs of the executive via online mode (while placing a return request) or by paying cash to the executive while they pick up the product(s).
(3) All approval of returns is subject to verification by the company. Company holds sole discretion for determining the return.
(4) After the return has been approved by the company, the company will send a fresh product to the customer. In case the said product is out of stock, the company will refund the amount to the customer in the same mode of payment as the one used by the customer while placing the order.
(5) In cases where the Customer opts for return of the Product due to damage of packaging or wrong product shipped, Customer shall ensure that the Product is returned in the same condition as they have received. Packets once opened cannot be exchanged/ returned. All free gifts, if any, that were received along with the original product must be returned along with the Product.
(6) All costs of the return must be borne by the customer. In case the claim of the customer is legitimate, the company will refund the cost incurred (the amount paid for the executive) by the customer.

• REFUND POLICY
In the event of cancellation/return of order for the reasons mentioned as per our Cancellation & Return policy, the company will refund the amount to the customer in the same mode of payment as the one used by the customer while placing the order.The user should receive the credit within a month, depending on your payment methods.
